# How do I change the email address on my account?

Email us from the address currently on the account (that’s the security check) with the new address, and we’ll move the account over — purchases, progress, and scores all follow the account, not the address. If you no longer have access to the old address, contact us with your order details instead: the order number or the card name is enough for us to verify ownership. Once changed, use the new address for login and for any guarantee or refund correspondence.
