# If I delete my account and buy again later, does my progress come back?

No — a new purchase starts a fresh account with clean progress. Prior scores and history can’t be reattached to a new purchase, and the guarantee clock (if you claimed one) doesn’t restart. That’s the practical reason we suggest keeping the account: access lasts the lifetime of this edition anyway, so there’s rarely a reason to give it up. If you deleted by accident very recently, contact us quickly — we may be able to restore it from a recent backup, though we can’t promise it.
