# My score did not save

Scores save to your account when you finish an activity, so the two usual causes are a sign-in problem and an abandoned attempt. Sign out and back in, then reopen the course and check the lesson’s state. If you closed a quiz halfway through, it shows as in progress rather than scored; finish it and the score lands. Scores cannot move between accounts, so confirm you are on the same login you study with, the same rule as the videos.
