The NY Notary Exam Prep course costs $69, once. If the course is not for you, you have 60 days from your purchase date to request a full refund, for any reason.

There is no form and no completion condition. Contact us and it is done. The refund returns to your original payment method.

After 60 days, your access continues for the life of this edition. If the state changes the source booklet before you pass the exam, the updated edition is yours free.
