Per our course materials and consistent test-taker reports: 40 multiple-choice questions in one hour, closed book, with a passing score of 70% — 28 correct out of 40, so you can miss 12. Results are reported as pass or fail only; no numerical score is given, either way. Test-takers consistently report finishing in 15–30 minutes, and the hour begins after the proctor’s instructions conclude, so the clock is more generous than it sounds. Roughly 60% of questions come from the License Law itself, 25% from general terms and definitions, 15% from duties and functions.
