Update the browser first; the activities follow the same rule as the videos and need a current version. Then refresh the page and give the activity a moment before clicking into it. If one specific activity is broken while the rest work, that is ours to fix: contact us with the lesson number and the activity name, and say what happens when you click it. A report like “the crossword on lesson 13 loads a blank box” gets fixed fast; “something does not work” takes longer.
